Refunds for Apple App Store & Google Play Transactions
All transactions made through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store are processed at the discretion of the respective store. If a user is seeking a refund for a subscription purchased through these platforms, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly, as we do not have control over their refund processes.

Refunds for Direct Purchases (via Stripe)
For subscriptions purchased directly through our website using Stripe, we offer refunds within 14 days of the purchase date in compliance with international refund regulations.
Refunds for Gift Purchases
Gift purchases are generally non-refundable unless there is a special circumstance. We will review any requests on a case-by-case basis.
Special Circumstances

Switching Plans
