CleverTap’s pricing is based on two primary factors: Monthly Active Users (MAU) and the number of emails sent per month. Here’s how to find both.
Check Monthly Active Users (MAU)
Log in to your CleverTap dashboard.
Go to Boards → Mobile App.
In the top right corner, select the time period you want to review (for example, last month).
The number of active users who launched the app during that time will appear on the screen; this is your MAU count.
Check Number of Emails Sent
In CleverTap, go to Settings → Channels → Email.
Click on the name of your email provider (for example, SendGrid or Amazon SES).
Open the Stats tab.
Choose the time period you want to check.
You’ll now see the total number of emails sent during that period.
