CleverTap usage pricing is based on two parameters: MAU (monthly active users) and a number of emails sent/month.
To check MAU for any period of time, go to your CleverTap portal - Boards - Mobile App and select the time period (i.e. a previous month).
As you can see on the screen, there is a number of active users who launched the app during the time period you selected.
As for the emails sent, open Settings - Channels - Email - click on the name of the email provider. You'll see two tabs - Setup and Stats, click on Stats and select a desired time period. You'll be able to find a number of emails sent during this period.
