Step 1: Open the email editor
In the dashboard, go to Campaigns and click + Campaign. Choose Email as the channel. In the Email builder, open the What section and click Go to Editor. This opens CleverTap’s drag-and-drop email editor.
Step 2: Pick a layout and design the email
Choose a prebuilt layout or start from a blank canvas. Drag in text, images, buttons, and links. Use Preview to see how it looks on desktop and mobile. Keep your header, footer, and brand styles consistent so the design can be reused.
Step 3: Save your work as a reusable template
When the design is ready, save it. You can save it to use in the current campaign and also store it as a template so it appears in your template library for future campaigns. Give it a clear name like Newsletter base or Promo with hero.
Step 4: Reuse the template next time
When you create your next email, open the editor and select your saved template from the Templates or Content Manager Templates area. Load it, tweak the content, and continue with the campaign setup.
