If you aren't receiving email notifications from Breathe, this article is here to help.

There may be a few different reasons you aren't receiving Breathe emails.

Check notifications are enabled

As HR Admin, the first thing to check is that email notifications are enabled within your account. Go to Configure > Settings > Email notifications:

As an Employee, you can check your own notification settings by going to My Profile > Email Notifications > On


Is your email correct?

It may seem silly, but double check the email address that is being used in Breathe is the correct email address


Junk & Spam folder

If your email notifications are turned on and you still don't seem to be receiving emails please check your Junk/Spam folder (this one is our main culprit).


IT Assistance

Lastly, if you still haven't received any emails this will most likely be happening because your email server is blocking noreply@breathehr.com.au - you'll need to get in touch with your IT team and ask them to move the email address to the safe senders list.


We have added a new feature to limit the amount of emails you receive from Breathe. They are all turned off by default and you can Opt in to receive these. Here is a guide...
