A new user added to Breathe will be assigned the default work pattern if this has been set up in the system.
New users are also assigned default leave allowances, which include annual, personal, and unpaid leave.
To view an employees work pattern (and leave allowances) go to Profile > More > Work pattern & leave allowances.
You can change the working pattern, and whether the person is entitled to public holidays by updating the dropdown menu and check box:
Make your changes and click update.
That's it. The changes you make are effective immediately.
