To access the timesheet settings go to Settings > Timesheet:

You can change the following settings:

  • Allow Employees to manually add timesheets - when checked it means that your people can manually add timesheets, in addition to them being able to punch in and out, and to the manager being able to manually add timesheets.

  • Snap to roster when within - if punching in or out is within this number of minutes from beginning or end of the shift, then the timesheet will show the time of the beginning or end of the rostered shift.

  • Punch-in roster violation if exceeds - if your person doesn't punch in within this number of minutes from the beginning of the shift, then there will be a punch in roster violation.

  • Punch-out roster violation if exceeds - if your person doesn't punch out within this number of minutes before the end of the shift, then there will be a punch out roster violation.

  • Auto approve timesheets - select whether to allow automatic approval of timesheets, and if so for what shifts.

  • Enable/disable time tracking in the dashboard - main application - when checked it means that the people can clock in and clock out on the website instead of the punch clock.

  • Request GPS location - when checked it means that when people clock in they will be asked for their GPS location.

  • Enable within X mins of rostered shift (related to ability to start shift in desktop version) - the people can punch in and out using the desktop version if they do this within this number of minutes from the beginning and end of the rostered shift.

Once you are happy with your changes, don't forget to click save.
