The Medical Facts feature in the more tab gives you the ability to note down an employees medical facts so that they can be tracked and centralised in a safe place.
The feature makes it easy to understand not only what the medical fact is, but also its severity, type, symptoms and action needed.
To view and edit a person's medical facts, go to People > Our people, select your person, then click More > Medical facts:
You can add medical facts by clicking on the blue plus icon:
You are then able to add the medical facts itself.

Additionally, you are able to add the symptoms and action needed in relation to the medical fact.
Once the medical fact has been added to the employee profile, you are also able to edit/update the history by clicking the pencil icon, or delete it by clicking the rubbish bin icon.
You will also be able to add supporting documents by clicking the blue plus icon.
Once updated, all medical facts will appear on the employee profile so that they can be monitored and tracked.
