When troubleshooting, you may be asked to enable support to give the team access to your account. We use this feature to investigate issues, but do not use it to change anything you have setup.
To enable support, login to Breathe, then go to Help > Enable Support and select the amount of time you'll permit access. Follow the same process to disable support.
When a member of the Breathe team has accessed you account, you'll be able to see who it was, and a time stamp, at the bottom of the enable support screen.
