When an employee is assigned a position, department and location in Breathe HR, these are considered their primary details in Breathe Roster.
If you want to be able to roster this person in another location, or in a different department and/ or position in the same location, you can do so within their Breathe Roster profile:
Edit the role in the persons. profile
Nominate which additional role you'd like to roster them, then the department, then save.
You'll also note here you can deem which is the main position, department and location for this person. This will then be the default for shifts assigned in user view.
You can also use the x to remove unwanted data, as long as it's not the main information for this person. If it is you'll need to reassign the main position and location first, then delete the unwanted data.
