Employee Pay Element Report Update

Our team have now improved the Employee Pay Element Report by now including quantity in the report as well as amount, making it much easier for those reconciling tasks.

To run this Report, head to Reports > Pay Cycle Reports > Select what pay cycle you want to run the report for > Employee Pay Element Report

Having the quantity feature in this report provides you with transparency and reliability you need for accurate Breathe Payroll reporting data.


Long Service Leave Payable Upon Termination

Another updated feature is the payment of Long Service Leave upon Termination. When an employee with LSL entitlements are terminated, Breathe Payroll now supports the payment of LSL as part of the Termination Process.

As payment of LSL is taxed and reported for STP differently whether the termination is a resignation or redundancy, it is important that PAYG is calculated and reported correctly as part of STP and that you are confident in your compliant and accurate data reporting.


Enhancements & Improvements

  • Resolved an issue where in certain conditions Net Pay might be miscalculated when Earnings is reduced by Deductions in Off-Cycle Pays

  • Resolved an issue where in certain scenarios Superannuation might not be auto calculated in Off-Cycle Pays despite meeting the requirements.
