Notifications in Rota, Time & Attendance

Notification options available in the Rota, Time & Attendance module and how to use them

This guide will help you understand what notifications are sent by the Rota, Time & Attendance module. You can change what is sent, and even edit the wording of the emails sent to your team.

To access the notifications settings go to Settings > Notifications:

General notification settings

  • Enable email notifications - this is where you can turn off ALL email notifications.

  • Show user notification settings - this is where you can choose to show user notification settings.

For each item you can choose to 'notify', 'do not notify' or 'user preferences'. User preferences will use the preferences set by the employee within their account. This means that they may not get all notifications.

To view the message that will be sent in the email notification, you can click the arrow at the end of the line:

You can also edit this message by clicking the edit icon:

Make your changes then click save:
