Login to www.Brevitas.com and click the “Marketplace” link in the top navigation bar to see the drop down menu.
The drop down menu will appear and you can click "Post a Want."
You'll be re-directed to a page where you can fill in all of the relevant information about what type of property you are looking for. It is required to add a title, product type, market, and price range. We also recommend adding a brief description to ensure users submit the most appropriate listing(s) to you.
Once you are finished adding information to the want, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you can save a draft to return to later, or click "Ready to Publish" and then "Save Want".
A member of our team will review your want post and publish it within 24 hours.
5. At the bottom of your newly created Want, you will receive instant listing suggestions based on the information you provided on your post. Scroll to the bottom of this page to review listings that may be a match for you!
