Login to www.Brevitas.com hover over the “dashboard” link in the top navigation and click on “My Listings”
Search for the listing that you are looking to edit by title or address, or simply scroll down until you find it.
Next click on the caret to the right of the “Manage” button.
From there, click the “Edit” option in the drop down menu.
Click on the “Co-Brokers” tab, then begin typing the new listing owner in the red box.
Please keep in mind only the current listing owner can change the owner on a listing. When an owner is changed the previous owner will automatically be added as a co-broker to that listing.
