Brevitas gives you several options to manage the visibility and status of your listings, whether you want to remove them from public view, mark them as sold, or adjust their privacy settings. Here’s how you can control your listing:
1. Removing Your Listing from the Marketplace (Without Deleting)
If you want to temporarily hide your listing from the marketplace without deleting it:
1. Login to your Brevitas account at www.Brevitas.com.
2. Hover over the Dashboard link in the top navigation and click on My Listings.
3. Click the caret next to the Manage button and select Edit Listing.
4. In the left-hand navigation, scroll down to the Accessibility section.
5. Under Marketplace Visibility, choose Hidden from the dropdown menu to remove the listing from public view.
6. Click Save to apply the changes.
2. Marking Your Listing as Sold
To mark a property as sold while keeping the listing for your records:
1. Follow steps 1-4 above to locate the listing.
2. In the Manage dropdown, select Mark as Sold.
3. This will update the listing’s status, removing it from active listings but keeping it visible in your portfolio for reference.
3. Adjusting Listing Privacy Settings
Brevitas offers flexible privacy options for listings, allowing you to control who can view your listing:
• Private Listing: This option hides sensitive information like photos, addresses, and documents. Interested parties must request access, and you can approve or deny these requests.
• Team Only: Limit visibility so that only your team members can view the listing.
To adjust these settings:
1. Follow steps 1-4 to access the listing’s Edit mode.
2. Navigate to the Accessibility section and select the appropriate privacy option (Private or Team Only) under Marketplace Visibility.
3. Click Save to finalize the changes.
