  1. Login to www.Brevitas.com and select “Add Listings” in the top left navigation menu.

  2. Click “Create Listing Myself”.

  3. Choose whether you want to post your listing privately, or on market.
        a. Private Listing: On Brevitas, a private listing allows you to screen interested           parties and incorporate a confidentiality agreement into your posting. Photos         and the property address are hidden.
        b. Submit an On-Market Listing: With an On Market listing, photos and the                  property address are immediately available to interested parties.

  4. Enter the address of your listing and select the relevant property type.

  5. Create a title for listing. Your title should be descriptive and unique.

  6. Set your target listing price. (If you would prefer not to set a price, enter $0 to show "Priced by Market".)

  7. On the accessibility page, determine who will have access to your information, and how they may obtain details on your listing.

  8. Use the drop down menu under “Confidentiality” to select the CA you would like to employ for this listing.
          a. In choosing a “Custom CA”, you can upload a PDF for both a “Principal Only            CA” or a “Broker CA”.

  9. With the “Auto-Send” button choose if your leads are automatically sent your CA, or if you prefer to screen leads individually.

  10. Choose your marketplace visibility.
          a. Visible - Listing will appear in the Brevitas marketplace.
          b. Hidden - Listing will NOT appear in the Brevitas marketplace. Use this                      option if you would like to share your listing on your own contacts.
          c. Only Organization - Listing will ONLY appear in members of your                              organization.

  11. Add the details of your listing. The listing fields will automatically populate based on your property type.

  12. Provide detailed description of your property. Here, the “Investment Highlights” box will auto populate with bullet points to feature specific property highlights.

  13. On the “Photos” page, select files from your desktop or drag and drop images to populate your listing with images. The arrows on the left allow you to drag photos to your preferred order.

  14. On the “Documents” page, you can select files from your desktop or drag images into the URL box to customize their protections.  Here, you can determine if you would like the document protected by a CA, or it can be made available upon request through the platform. On the drop down menu listed second from the left, you can also opt to link a URL. Some Brevitas members link to their personal brokerage page, or to a dropbox with additional images of the listing. Whichever information you’d like to supplement your listing with, can be added here.

  15. On the “USER PAGE”, click or type in the name of a team member to add them as a co-broker. After you’ve clicked save, you have the option to determine their permissions on your listing.

  16. Information collected on the authorization page remains completely confidential and only exists to determine your relationship with the property owner for Brevitas administrators.

  17. Within the submit page - click the check box to accept our terms of use, and then click ‘submit’.
