Login to www.Brevitas.com click on the "Marketplace" link in the top navigation
From the dropdown menu click on "Create an Alert."
Within the saved search alerts page, click on the green "Create New Search Alert" button.
This will bring up your search alert form, first name your alert as a reminder for later.
Enter your "markets" using the location search, you can add as many countries, states, or cities as you would like in this section. (This location search is powered by google, click on the results from the dropdown)
5. After your markets are added, choose your property type, price range, building size, ect.
6. Each time you update this page it will save automatically, once you are finishing hit the back button to return to the save search alerts page.
7. The last step is to choose the frequency in which you would like to receive these email alerts. You can choose from instant (email is sent the second a listing that matches your criteria is posted) , daily, or weekly.
