1. Log in to Brevitas.com and click on the “Dashboard” button on the top navigation bar and select “Campaigns” from the drop-down menu.

2. Click "New Campaign" to get started by creating an internal name, then select one or multiple listings to feature in your campaign.

Click “Save & Continue” to move forward.

3. You'll be given a variety of email template options to create your campaign, click on the template you would like to use to format your email campaign and click "Save & Continue" when you're ready to move forward.

4. Use the default listing title or customize the campaign subject title by clicking into the "Email Subject" box on the right hand side of the page.

Click the drop-down menu to choose the content you want to include in this email (i.e. listing description, highlights or a custom message).

5. Click over to the "Design" tab to customize your campaign further by changing the color palette, font type, logo size, etc.

Click "Save & Continue" to proceed.

6. Choose your recipient lists, you can either select from your imported list, or from our list of opt-in subscribers.

Click "Save & Continue" to move forward.

7. You're almost done! Review your work by sending yourself a preview, click “Send Preview” to review your campaign through your email service provider. Side note: We'll send the campaign to the email address on file.

8. Select a "Deliver On" date and time.

Please note: promoted campaigns need to be booked at least 12 hours in advance in order to checkout. Click "Checkout" to finalize your order.


9. We'll provide a report 24 - 48 hours after your scheduled campaign.
