Once you’ve submitted your listing materials, including any Offering Memorandums (OMs) or Marketing Packages, our team will begin building your listing using only the information and photos you’ve provided. We’ll handle the busy work—making sure all the details are correctly input and the listing looks great.

Please note the following:

• Only Provided Information: The listing will be built exclusively using the data, images, and documents you submit. Be sure to include all the relevant details and high-quality photos when submitting your materials.

• Listing Creation Timeline: Our team typically completes the listing within 24 hours. Once the listing is ready, we’ll publish it on Brevitas, and you’ll receive a notification. Your listing will then appear in your Dashboard.
