On Brevitas a co-broker is a way to add multiple people to one listing whether you are working on the deal with another broker or an associate managing the deal for the broker. You must first have an org set up with members in order to add another user.
Only the listing owner or org manager can add a co-broker to their deal. Just click My Listings and find the listing you want to Edit. Scroll down to the Co-Brokers tab and add your desired member.
You can choose to have that member displayed on the listing and/or added to deals.
Show on listing: the member added will be displayed on the listing page along with the listing owner.
Add to deals: If any deals are made the co-broker added will receive the leads along with the listing owner.
These filters help accommodate co-brokers, marketing associates or other team members manage the deal.
