How Do I Create a For Lease Listing Myself?

1. Login to your account at www.Brevitas.com.

2. In the top left navigation menu, select “Add Listings”.

3. Click on “Create Listing Myself”.

4. Choose “For Lease” as the listing type.

5. Follow the listing flow to fill out the details. The price will be determined by the spaces you define.

6. To create your spaces, click “Edit” next to each section and enter the pertinent information (e.g., square footage, availability, terms, etc.).

7. Once you’ve completed all the required information, review your listing.

8. Agree to the Terms of Use and click Submit to publish your listing on Brevitas.
