Image Orientation Upon Upload

Our system does not automatically adjust the orientation of your photos when you upload them to your listing, which may result in a "sideways" appearance. This occurs when an upright (or vertical) photo is taken, as all uploaded photos default to a horizontal orientation. The position of your camera while capturing the image affects its orientation.

To correct the orientation of your photos, you must first upload them to your computer and use your photo viewing or editing software to rotate the image before uploading it to Brevitas.

For Mac users: Follow these instructions to rotate images using Preview - https://support.apple.com/guide/preview/resize-rotate-or-flip-an-image-prvw2015/mac

For Windows users: Follow these instructions to rotate images using File Explorer - https://winaero.com/blog/rotate-image-windows-10-file-explorer/

If you require any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact Brevitas Support.
