How do I send messages to multiple leads without going into each dealroom?

  1. Login to www.Brevitas.com and select “My Listings” in the top left navigation menu.

  2. Search for the listing that you are looking to check on by title or address, or simply scroll to down until you find it.

  3. Next click on the caret to the right of the “manage” button.

  4. Then click on the "Messages" tab in the lower menu. 

  5. From this page you will be able to see all of the conversations you are having with leads on this particular listing.
  6. Simply enter your message into any of the reply fields and hit send, you can also share documents from this chat.
