The Campaign Details page provides an in-depth look at the performance metrics and content for each individual email campaign you’ve created in Brevitas. This page is essential for tracking the results of your outreach efforts and making data-driven decisions to enhance future campaigns. Below is a breakdown of the key sections and features:

At the top of the page, you’ll find basic details about the campaign:

Campaign Name: The name of the campaign, which is typically tied to a property address or listing (e.g., “Campaign for 2970 Northtowne Lane, Reno, NV”).

Sent At: The date and time the campaign was sent.

Status: The campaign’s current status (e.g., Finished).

From: The sender’s email address.

Subject: The subject line of the campaign email.

Listing: The property listing associated with the campaign. Clicking on the listing name will take you directly to the listing’s details page.

Recipient List: Displays the email list used for the campaign. This can include segments like “All Contacts.” The date and time of the email blast are also shown.

Total Recipients: The total number of recipients who were sent the campaign email.

There is also a link to View E-Mail, allowing you to see the exact content that was sent to recipients.

Campaign Metrics Overview

This section provides a visual representation of the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the campaign:

Sent: The total number of emails sent.

Delivered: Shows the number and percentage of emails successfully delivered to recipients.

Unique Opens: This metric tracks how many recipients opened the email.

Unique Clicks: Displays how many recipients clicked on any links in the email.

Listing Views: Tracks the total number of views for the property listing(s) associated with the campaign. This is an important metric as it shows how effective the email campaign was in driving traffic to your listings.

Below this, there are additional indicators for bounced emails and unsubscribed recipients:

Bounced: The number of emails that failed to reach the recipient (bounced emails).

Unsubscribed: Shows how many recipients unsubscribed from your mailing list as a result of this email campaign.

Email Preview

Below the performance metrics, you’ll find an Email Preview section. This is where you can review the exact email content that was sent out, including:

From: The sender’s email address.

To: The recipients or recipient groups.

Subject: The subject line of the email.

Email Body: A preview of the email content, including any images, text, and links. This section replicates the design and structure of the email sent to your audience.

In the preview section, you can also switch between viewing the email as it would appear on Mobile or Desktop, allowing you to ensure it looks good across all devices.

Tabs for Additional Insights

At the top of the page, there are several tabs to view additional data:

Info: The current page, displaying the general campaign details and overview metrics.

Recipients: Clicking this tab will show a detailed list of recipients and whether they opened the email or engaged with the content.

Reports: This tab provides more granular reporting on campaign performance, such as engagement trends over time.

Events: Displays specific interactions, such as opens, clicks, and bounces, for further analysis.

This “Campaign Details” page serves as the hub for monitoring the success of each email campaign, allowing you to analyze recipient engagement and fine-tune future outreach strategies.
