The Contacts page in Brevitas allows users to manage their email contacts effectively, serving as the central place to view, organize, and edit recipient details for your email campaigns. This page provides you with a list of all your contacts, along with critical details like deliverability, status, and list membership.
Contacts Table
The Contacts table displays all your contacts in a clear, tabular format, with several key data points shown for each contact:
1. First Name & Last Name: Displays the contact’s name if provided. Checkboxes next to each contact allow for multi-selection to apply bulk actions, such as exporting or editing multiple contacts at once.
2. Company: Lists the company name associated with the contact (if available).
3. Email: Shows the email address of the contact, which is critical for sending your email campaigns.
4. Phone: If provided, the contact’s phone number is listed here.
5. Status: Displays the current subscription status of each contact:
• Subscribed: The contact is active and will receive email campaigns.
• Dropped: The contact has been removed from your mailing list or opted out.
6. Deliverability: Shows the likelihood of successful email delivery:
• Deliverable: Indicates that emails can be successfully delivered to this contact.
• Bounce Test: The contact has experienced delivery issues and may require further testing or review.
• Will Test: The contact has been flagged for additional testing to ensure proper delivery.
7. Lists: Shows which contact lists or groups the contact belongs to. This is useful for managing which campaigns a contact is included in. For instance, contacts may be part of lists like “Bounce Test” or “Will Test.”
8. Updated & Created: These columns display the date when the contact information was last updated and when the contact was initially added to your database.
Top Right Action Buttons
• Add Contacts: Clicking this green button allows you to add new contacts manually or through an import process.
• Export: The “Export” button lets you download your contact list as a CSV file for external use or for backup.
