Landing Pages Dashboard Overview

The Landing Pages Dashboard in Brevitas allows users to create and manage individual listing websites for their property listings. This tool is designed to enhance property visibility by creating dedicated single-property websites that are easy to promote and share.

Why a Single Listing Website?

The dashboard emphasizes the benefits of having a dedicated landing page for each property:

Generate Interest for the Listing: By giving your property its own website, you allow it to stand out without competing against other properties for attention.

Easy and Affordable: Creating a single-property website is integrated into Brevitas, saving costs typically associated with custom site development.

Easy to Share and Promote: Each single-property website is easily shareable on social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This promotes wider reach, increasing the likelihood of attracting potential buyers.

Create a Landing Page

At the top of the dashboard, there is a prominent Create a listing website button. This feature allows users to generate a new, single-property landing page with ease. Clicking this button starts the process of setting up a site for a specific listing.

Sites Table

The dashboard provides a table displaying all the landing pages you’ve created, with the following key details:

1. Listing: Displays the property associated with the landing page. The listing’s address and image are shown for easy identification.

2. Status: Indicates whether the site is “Pending,” “Live,” or “Ready” to go live.

Pending: The site is under construction and not yet viewable by the public.

Live: The site is active and can be viewed by potential buyers.

Ready: The site is built and ready for publishing but has not yet been made public.

3. Domain: Displays the unique URL of the landing page. Users can click this URL to view the live site.

4. Template: Shows the template used for the landing page (e.g., “PDF-layout-1,” “Big,” “Villa”). Different templates offer unique designs tailored to various property types.

5. Views: Displays the number of views the landing page has received. This metric is critical for tracking engagement with potential buyers.

Manage Button

Each listing has a Manage button with a dropdown offering the following options:

Publish Site: Makes the landing page live, allowing public access to the site.

Delete Site: Permanently removes the landing page from your dashboard and makes it inaccessible.

New Landing Page Button

The New Landing Page button on the right allows users to add another property landing page to their portfolio. Clicking this button leads to a setup page where you can begin creating a new site for another listing.

Don't forget to publish your landing page.
