The Landing Page Builder in Brevitas allows users to create and customize single-property websites. This builder gives you flexibility in design, layout, and functionality, ensuring that your property site stands out while being easy to share. The builder is divided into three main stages: Setup, Design, and Publish.

Site Preview

At the top of the page, users can preview how the landing page will appear to visitors. This preview updates in real time as changes are made, offering a responsive design view for both Mobile and Desktop formats.

Custom Domain: The unique URL for your landing page is shown under “Site Preview.” This is the link you can share with potential buyers or investors.

Open in New Window: This option allows you to view your landing page in a new browser window.

Other Options: Additional options, such as “Iframe w/ debug” and “PDF,” allow for testing the page within different environments or downloading it as a PDF.

Design Customization Options

The Design section provides several tools for adjusting the appearance and functionality of your property landing page. These options are available on the right side of the builder:

1. Template: Users can choose from a variety of pre-built templates to define the overall structure and layout of the landing page. In the current example, the “Coco” template is selected. By clicking “Show All Templates,” you can view and select different template styles.

2. Layout: Customize the page layout, such as the arrangement of different sections on the page. This ensures that your content is presented in a way that best highlights the property.

3. Colors: Allows you to adjust the color scheme of the landing page to match your branding or preferences. You can customize colors for buttons, backgrounds, and text to create a unique visual experience.

4. Typography: Choose from various font options to match the style of your listing. Adjusting typography helps make the text stand out and aligns it with the design aesthetics of your brand or listing.

5. Outline Button Color: Here, you can set the specific color for outlined buttons on the page. In this example, a black (#000000) outline is chosen.

6. Custom Document Icon: You can select a custom icon to appear alongside important downloadable documents related to the listing, such as brochures, floor plans, or additional materials.

7. More Listings Section: This option controls whether additional listings are displayed on the property site. You can choose to hide or display more properties from your portfolio to encourage further browsing.

8. Site Custom Footer: This section allows you to add a custom footer to your landing page. A default footer can be used, or you can upload a custom one with specific information or branding.

9. Site Contact Form: Adjust the contact form that appears on the landing page. Options include showing the default form or customizing it with additional fields or formatting to collect specific information from potential buyers.

10. Optional Footer Text: You can add additional text to the footer, such as disclaimers, company information, or any other relevant details that you want to include at the bottom of the page.

11. Edit Listing & Edit Account: At the bottom of the design customization panel, there are buttons for editing the listing itself or your Brevitas account details. This ensures that information on the landing page is pulled accurately from your listing and profile.

12. Reset Options: If you want to revert your customizations to their default settings, clicking “Reset Options” will return all design settings to their original state.

Saving and Continuing

Once you’re satisfied with the design and customization of your landing page, you can click the Save & Continue button located at the top-right corner. This will finalize the design stage and move you to the next step, which is publishing the page live for public access.

Tips for Customizing Your Landing Page

Ensure your branding is consistent: Use colors, typography, and layout that align with your company’s branding or property aesthetics to create a cohesive and professional appearance.

Utilize the preview feature: Switch between Mobile and Desktop views to ensure your page looks good on all devices. This is essential for reaching a broader audience.

Keep the contact form visible: Make it easy for potential buyers to reach out by ensuring the contact form is prominent and functional.

This customizable builder provides flexibility and control, allowing you to create professional, tailored landing pages that will make your property stand out.
