The Favorites Page in Brevitas allows users to save and track listings they are particularly interested in. This section functions as a personal collection of listings you’ve marked as favorites, making it easy to revisit, monitor, and take action on them when the time is right.

Listings Table

The listings you have saved as favorites are displayed in a table format, with essential information to help you review and compare them at a glance. The following columns are featured:

1. Listing: Displays the property name and address. Clicking the listing name takes you to the detailed property page where you can explore the full description, images, and further listing details.

2. Seller: The name of the seller or broker associated with the property is displayed here. This column helps you quickly identify the listing’s representative.

3. Company: Lists the brokerage or organization representing the seller, providing additional context about the deal’s origin.

4. Price: Displays the asking price for the property. Prices are listed in millions (e.g., $3.489M) or other relevant units, making it easy to compare the financial expectations of different listings.

5. Market: Shows whether the property is available for Sale or is part of a Private transaction. This helps you differentiate between public listings and exclusive opportunities that may require additional steps for access.

6. Type: Indicates the property type, such as Multifamily, Retail, Office, or Special Purpose. This field allows you to quickly filter and categorize properties based on their intended use.

7. Cap Rate: This column displays the capitalization rate for the property, which helps you gauge the potential return on investment based on the current net operating income (NOI) and the property’s asking price.

8. NOI (Net Operating Income): The annual NOI for each listing is displayed in this column, giving you an idea of the income generated by the property after operating expenses are deducted from the gross income.

9. Cash-on-Cash: Displays the Cash-on-Cash Return, a measure of the annual pre-tax cash flow divided by the total cash invested. This metric is crucial for evaluating the return on equity invested in the property.

10. Building Size: Shows the total square footage of the building, giving you an idea of the property’s scale and capacity.

View Button and Dropdown Options

Next to each listing is a View button with a dropdown menu that offers additional actions for managing your favorite listings:

View: Clicking this button takes you directly to the listing’s detailed page, where you can review all the relevant information and documents for the property.

Dropdown Options: The dropdown menu may offer other options like:

Dealroom: Access the dealroom for that listing to view documents, exchange messages, or submit an offer.

Send Message: Allows you to directly message the broker or seller about the listing.

Archive Listing: Moves the listing to your archive, where you can keep it for reference without cluttering your active favorites.

Export Listings

At the top-right of the table, there is an Export Listings button, which allows you to export your list of favorite properties into a CSV or other format for external tracking or sharing.

Pagination

At the bottom of the page, you have the option to control how many listings are displayed per page (e.g., 10, 25, etc.). You can navigate between pages using the arrow buttons or directly select the page number for easy access to all your saved listings.

Using the Favorites Page Effectively

Monitor Key Metrics: By saving listings as favorites, you can easily keep track of essential metrics like Cap Rate, NOI, and Cash-on-Cash Return, helping you make more informed investment decisions.

Quick Access to Details: The View button allows for fast navigation back to the full listing details whenever you need more information or are ready to take action on a property.

Stay Organized: Use the Export Listings function to download your favorites list for external use or sharing with team members.

The Favorites Page in Brevitas provides users with a powerful tool to organize and track their preferred properties, making it easier to act quickly when the right opportunity arises.
