The Property Show Page provides all the essential details about a listing, making it easy for prospective buyers to understand the property, review its features, and take necessary actions such as contacting the seller, viewing documents, or making an offer.

Header Navigation

At the top of the page, users will find several tabs to navigate different sections of the listing:

1. Overview: The main summary of the property, including images, price, and description.

2. Details: A breakdown of more specific data, such as financial metrics, property size, and building information.

3. Highlights: Key selling points or unique features of the property.

4. Description: A more in-depth explanation of the property, its location, and its potential.

5. Map: A map showing the property’s location for easy reference.

6. Documents: Any relevant documents, such as Offering Memorandums, which may be available to interested buyers.

7. More Listings: Shows additional listings by the same seller.

Main Sections of the Page

Property Image and Media Section

At the top, a large image of the property gives users a clear visual representation. Users can also access multiple media tools:

Map View: This provides a visual location of the property within a map interface.

Street View: Allows users to explore the surrounding area through a Google Street View interface.

Aerial View: For a bird’s eye view of the property and its surroundings.

Photos: A gallery of additional property images is accessible to give users a better feel for the listing.

Property Title and Price

Beneath the media section, you’ll find key details about the property:

Title: The name of the property, in this case, “7.8% Cap | Shopping Center | Reno - Call for Offers 10/17.”

Price: Displayed prominently, showing the asking price for the property, here at $7,300,000.

Address: Full address of the property, including city, state, and postal code.

Market Status: Indicating whether the property is For Sale and the type (e.g., Retail).

Seller Contact Section

On the right-hand side, there is a dedicated space for the seller’s contact information:

Seller Info: Includes the seller’s name, company, role, contact number, and a profile image.

Send Message Button: Enables the user to send a direct message to the seller for inquiries.

Request Information Button: Allows potential buyers to request further information, documents, or details not displayed on the page.

Key Details Section

This section provides a quick overview of critical property metrics:

Cap Rate: In this case, 7.81%, giving a quick snapshot of the property’s return potential.

Building Size: Total square footage of the building, shown here as 45,118 sqft.

Highlights Section

This section lists key features that make the property stand out. For example, it might include visibility, high traffic counts, or key tenants within the shopping center, such as Office Depot or Petco. This is important for highlighting the property’s strengths and potential selling points.

Description Section

A detailed description of the property that provides a narrative about the location, history, potential, and opportunities available. In this case, it discusses the property’s location on McCarran Boulevard, its proximity to Reno and Sparks, and its strategic positioning in a high-traffic area. The description adds depth, helping prospective buyers visualize the property’s potential.

Map Section

The Map shows the property’s exact location on Google Maps. This helps users understand the surrounding area, access routes, and the property’s proximity to key roads, landmarks, or commercial areas.

Documents Section

In this section, users can access key listing documents uploaded by the seller. Examples include:

Offering Memorandum: A document that provides comprehensive details about the investment opportunity. Users can click on View to download or access the document.

Note: Permissions for viewing certain documents may be set by the listing owner, and users may need to request access if it’s not openly available.

More Listings from Seller

At the bottom, there is a section showcasing More Listings from the same seller or broker. This allows users to view other properties that may be of interest, encouraging cross-listing engagement. Each listing includes a preview with the price, square footage, and image.

Action Buttons

At the top-right of the property details page, there are several action buttons to facilitate engagement with the listing:

Share: Allows users to share the listing via social media or email.

Save: Adds the listing to the user’s saved favorites for easy future access.

Print: Generates a printable version of the listing details.

Offer: Initiates the offer submission process, enabling buyers to place an official offer on the property.

User Interactions

Send Message: Direct communication with the listing broker to ask questions or get more details.

Request Information: Users can request additional information or documents from the seller, especially if the necessary files are gated.

This Property Show Page is designed to present all necessary information to potential buyers in a clean and comprehensive layout, with easy access to key metrics, documents, and seller communications.
