The Team Settings Page allows team administrators to manage team information, invite new members, and collaborate through chat rooms. This area is designed to streamline team management and communication, making it easier for brokers, investors, and other real estate professionals to work together on Brevitas.

Tabs on the Team Settings Page

1. Listings

• This tab shows all active listings created by the team. Team members can browse, filter, and manage listings by property type, market, or specific team members. Each listing displays key information such as price, size, and type of property (e.g., Office, Retail).

2. Wants

• Similar to the listings tab, but instead focused on buyer requirements or criteria that the team is looking to fulfill. Team members can track these wants and identify relevant opportunities.

3. Members

• This tab shows all members of the team. Administrators can manage access rights and roles within the team. It’s also a quick way to see which members are active on the platform.

Settings Tab

The Settings Tab functions similarly to the individual Edit Profile Form, but is specific to the team as a whole. It allows administrators to update the team’s public information and customize how the team is presented on the platform.

Key fields include:

Team Name: The official name of the team (e.g., Elite Commercial Real Estate Services).

Logo: Upload a team logo to represent the team visually on Brevitas.

Team Description: Write a summary of the team’s focus, specialties, and areas of expertise.

Contact Information: Update the team’s primary contact details, such as office location, email, and phone number.

Team Specialties: Just like individual profiles, you can select the areas of real estate the team specializes in, such as Office, Multifamily, Retail, and Development.

Custom Header and Banner: Customize the team’s profile page with a header image and select the color scheme to align with your branding.

After making any updates, the administrator can Save Changes to apply them across the team’s profile and listings.

Invites Tab

The Invites Tab is designed to allow team administrators to bring new collaborators into the team. This could include:

Coworkers: Brokers or agents from the same firm who need to join the Brevitas team.

External Collaborators: Partners from other companies who are working together on a specific project or deal.

Key features include:

Invite by Email: Administrators can enter the email addresses of colleagues or collaborators and send them invitations to join the team on Brevitas.

Custom Message: There’s an option to include a personalized message in the invitation, explaining the reason for the invite or any specific instructions for joining.

Invitation Status: Track the status of the invitations—whether they’ve been accepted or are still pending.

Chat Rooms Tab

The Chat Rooms Tab allows team members to create and manage team-wide or deal-specific chat rooms. This is a centralized communication tool where team members can collaborate in real time.

Create New Chat Room: Team members can start a new conversation room. This could be for general team discussions or focused on a specific deal or property.

Team Chat: Enables internal discussions, facilitating quick communication without needing to leave the Brevitas platform.

Deal-Specific Rooms: Chat rooms can be created for specific properties or deals, making it easier for brokers, agents, and support staff to collaborate on a transaction.

File Sharing: Team members can upload and share files directly in the chat room, ensuring that everyone has access to important documents or updates in real time.

Public Profile Tab

This tab displays the public-facing profile of the team on Brevitas. It includes:

Team Listings: Shows all active listings, which prospective buyers or investors can browse.

Team Overview: Provides an overview of the team’s specialties, active markets, and contact information.

Practical Uses of the Team Settings Page

1. Efficient Team Management: Admins can easily manage the team’s profile, invite new members, and set up communication channels, keeping everything streamlined within Brevitas.

2. Internal Collaboration: The chat rooms are designed to foster internal team communication, especially for deal-related discussions, ensuring that everyone is on the same page.

3. Customized Branding: Teams can maintain consistent branding across the platform by uploading logos, headers, and customizing the public profile’s appearance.
