I've moved house - how do I update the address on my Bricklane account?

We all move home sometimes - how to make sure we're up to date

Updated over a week ago

In order to get your address updated on our system, please send a photo, scan or screenshot of proof of your new address to support@bricklane.com, or attach it to your message in online chat.

Valid documents for proof of address include:

- bank statement

- utility bill

- council tax bill

- driving licence

- insurance certificate

- mortgage statement 

- current tenancy agreement
