How can I update the bank account linked to my account?

Make sure that any withdrawals are paid out to the correct place

In order to get your bank details updated on our system, please send over a photo, scan or screenshot of your new bank account details to support@bricklane.com,  or attach it to your message in online chat.

This could take the form of a bank statement, debit card* or cheque book showing both your name, and the account number and sort code of the new account.

* If you are sending a photo of your debit card, please cover up the card's 16-digit long number.
