In order to get your bank details updated on our system, please send over a photo, scan or screenshot of your new bank account details to,  or attach it to your message in online chat.

This could take the form of a bank statement, debit card* or cheque book showing both your name, and the account number and sort code of the new account.

* If you are sending a photo of your debit card, please cover up the card's 16-digit long number.
