2.3 Application Preview

Learn how to preview the application editing screen in real time

This tutorial covers the third step of the basic application interface operations: learning how to preview the application screen. By completing the four sections in this chapter, you will easily master the fundamental operations of the BRICKS Cloud Intelligent Display application interface.

  • Step 1: Preview the Application Screen

    After completing the Rect Brick and Text Brick settings in the previous section, it is time to review the results. Click the [ β–Ά ] button located below the center editing display area to preview the application screen.

  • Step 2: Select Preview Mode

    The default preview mode displays the content horizontally side by side. Click the [ ||| ] button to switch to a vertical arrangement preview mode.

    You can also click the [ ❐ ] button to open the preview in a separate window.

    In preview mode, any changes made in the editing interface will be immediately reflected in the preview window. Therefore, when making real-time adjustments, it is essential to keep the preview window open.

  • Step 3: Adjust the Display Scale

    At the bottom of the application editing interface, in addition to the preview and window arrangement controls, you will also find a display scale value. This value represents the ratio relative to the actual size.

  • Step 4: Close the Preview Window

    To close the preview window, simply click [ β–  ] to exit preview mode.
