This tutorial covers the second step of interaction control: transition animation effects. By completing this chapter, you will easily master the use of interaction control in the BRICKS Cloud Intelligent Display.

Step 1: Duplicate a Canvas
Select the Main Canvas, then in the property panel on the right, locate Operation β Duplicate (Keep Brick references).
This will create a duplicate canvas identical to the Main Canvas.
Step 2: Change the Target of the Tap Event
Remember the tap event configured in the previous lesson to switch canvases when an object is clicked?
Locate that same object and change the target canvas to the newly duplicated Main 2 Canvas.This setup allows us to test how transition animations are automatically generated when two canvases contain the same elements positioned differently.
Step 3: Adjust the Position of Elements in the Duplicated Canvas
Rearrange the elements in the Main 2 Canvas to different positions.
Then, select the duplicated canvas and configure the following:Showing Timeout β set to 5 seconds
Next Canvas ID β set to switch back to the Main Canvas
Step 4: Preview Playback
Run a preview and click the object with the tap event configured.
Observe whether the element movements automatically generate transition animations, and check if the display switches back to the Main Canvas after the set duration.
