Q: Why my NFT is unable to show in BRICKS? Which formats are currently supported?
A:Currently, BRICKS supports Mainnet's NFT wallet which includes MP4, M4A, WebM, Mkv, FLV, WMV, JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF, SVG and other video and image file formats.
Q: May I use BRICKS@NFT if my Android device does not have Google Play?
A:BRICKS only supports Android 6.0 or higher. If you don’t have a Google Play store, you can download APK from the links below and install it. If you are still unable to install it, it means your device is not supported. Please upgrade to the latest version and try again.
Q: Why I cant bind my devices to BRICKS?
A: Please check the network connection first, then check the Passcode is correct or click the QR code to renew one. If a QR code is not generated, please restart APP.
Q: Can I change or re-select NFT works after binding the wallet?
A: Yes! Re-scan QR code on the works to paste the wallet address and select the new works.
Q: Why can't my NFT play sound?
A: Please ensure the file format of the NFT digital collection first, and then confirm whether your device supports sound playback and whether the volume switch is turned on.
Q: Is BRICKS@NFT free? May I use it for business?
A: At present, it is fully free and open to use. Only the BRICKS watermark will be displayed on the outer frame. If there are other commercial application requirements, please contact hello@bricks.tools

Q: Can I close the wallet QR Code on the NFT frame?
A: Yes, please log in to the BRICKS account from the Controller, click on Bank to find the "Enable Update Assets" item and turn it off.
Q: Why can’t I push my NFT collection after 10 minutes?
A: QR codes expire 10 minutes after they are generated. If wallet page on your mobile shows fail, please scan again.
Q:Wallet QR Code is too small to scan, how can I do ?
A:For security reason, we need long url. You can change Theme to 0, it will show a full screen QR Code to scan. [ BANK ] -> [ Theme ] -> [ Value ]
Q: How can I build a new NFT application?
A: If you had NFT application already. just click Application tab on BRICKS Controller. Select the NFT application from the list on the left, and change the name of the application on the right panel and click save. Now you can click the magic link build a whole new NFT application.
