To view your account and routing numbers:

  • Tap Add $

  • Tap Direct Deposit

To set up direct deposit:

  • Open your Bridge app

  • Tap Add $

  • Tap Direct Deposit

  • Tap Get Direct Deposit and a form will be emailed to you immediately

After receiving the emailed form:

  • Download the form

  • Fill out the form with your name, account number, and routing number

  • To view your account and routing numbers, tap "Add $" then "Direct Deposit"

After completing the form, give it to your employer or HR manager. They will take care of the rest. When filling out a direct deposit form, ensure your name on the direct deposit form matches your Bridge account information.

Important Note

Our banking partners require that you only receive direct deposits made out to specifically to you. The name on your deposit must match the name on your Bridge account. If a family member or friend wants to receive funds via direct deposit, they must open their own Bridge account under their own name.

Any deposits not matching the name on the account account will be returned to the employer's payroll provider or the benefits provider. If there is an issue with the name listed on the deposit, you will need to contact your employer's payroll provider or your benefits provider directly to get this resolved.
