A Master Program serves as the baseline template for all athletes following a similar training structure. This video outlines how to copy phases or weeks to a program to make the most of the work you've already created and assign it to an individual athlete or a smaller group or athletes.

Once the cloned program is assigned, you can tailor it to meet individual athlete needs:

  • Edit Specific Exercises

    • Click on an exercise in the Builder to adjust its sets, reps, tempo, or rest time.

    • Add alternative exercises, progressions, or regressions.

  • Modify Training Days

    • Add or remove training days to align with the athlete's training schedule or availability.

  • Adjust Volume and Intensity

    • Update weights, percentages, or RPE values to fit the athlete's training needs.

Tip: Changes made here apply only to the athlete's assigned program and do not alter the original Master Program.
