How to download and access a program on a tablet without internet connection

How to Download Programs on a Tablet in Weight Room Mode

Downloading programs for offline use is a valuable resource for coaches and athletes who need access to their training while traveling or when Wi-Fi or data signals are unreliable.

Enter Weight Room Mode

Click on the + icon from the homepage or from the team page.

Select a program - This can either be a calendar or playlist program! Follow the steps below to see how to download each of these program types.

Calendar Program: This will present a preview of the scheduled workout for that day. Click on the athlete's name while previewing the workout to reveal the download icon. On the program’s detail page, look for a “Download” button. Tap it to start the download process. You will see a progress indicator showing the download status.

Playlist Program: You will need to click on a workout from the playlist program in order to download the entire program to use in Offline Mode.


How to remove the downloaded program from your device:

  1. Locate the Downloaded Program
    Find the specific workout program you wish to remove from your device.

  2. Click the Downward-Facing Arrow Icon
    There should be a green check mark next to it indicating that the program is downloaded.

  3. Select "Remove Download"
    After clicking the arrow icon, select the option labeled "Remove Download" to delete the workout program from your downloads.

  4. Confirm Removal
    If prompted, confirm your choice to remove the downloaded workout.


Important

You can download multiple workout programs onto a single device, allowing you to access a variety of workouts offline on that device. However, each individual program can only be downloaded to one device at any given time. This means that if you download a specific program to one device, it won’t be available for offline access on any other devices unless you remove it from the first device and download it again on another.
