Types of Forms
Coaches have the option to assign three different types of forms to their athletes.
Daily Logs
Post workout Forms
General Forms
1. Daily Logs
These will appear every day under the Today tab of your calendar. A daily log can be one of the following:
Performance Log (Default)
Fitness and Nutrition (Template Option)
Custom Daily Log
Coaches can choose to make your daily log mandatory. This means that you will see your daily log each day at at the beginning of each workout. You must fill out the mandatory form before accessing your workout for the day.
2. Post Workout Forms
At the end of a workout, users will be prompted to fill out a brief form. A Post-Workout Form can be one of the following two options:
Post Workout (Default)
2 questions: RPE and Duration of workout
Custom Post Workout form
Once you've filled out the Post Workout form, you can mark the workout as complete.
3. General Forms
When a General form is assigned, it will appear on the homepage of your mobile app under the Today tab.
You may receive a push notification if your coach chooses to send one during the assignment process.
Simply click into the Forms section of the calendar page to select a form.
