Deactivating users from the Members Module allows you to manage your roster efficiently by removing inactive athletes from your total athlete count. When deactivated, a user's data is archived. If reactivated, their exercise data will be fully restored.
Steps to Deactivate a User
Log in to your BridgeAthletic account and go to the Members module.
Find the athlete you want to deactivate, then hover over their name.
Click the Edit button on the right side of the screen.
Select Deactivate to remove the athlete from active status.
Once deactivated, the user will no longer have access to their account, but their training history and data will remain available in your system. You can reactivate them at any time if needed.
Important note:
Deactivating a user will completely remove them from your organization. They’ll no longer be able to log in and view any programming, and they’ll no longer count toward your allotted athlete seats.
For security and compliance reasons, deactivated users are not automatically deleted. If an athlete wishes to have their data permanently removed from the system, they must contact BridgeAthletic support directly.
