Deactivating users removes their access to Bridge Athletic while preserving their historical data and training records. This allows you to manage your roster without permanently deleting athlete or coach information.

Video Walkthrough

Watch this quick video to see how to deactivate and reactivate users in Bridge Athletic:

How to Deactivate a User

  1. Navigate to the Members module

  2. Locate the user you want to deactivate

  3. Click the three-dot menu next to their name

  4. Select Deactivate

  5. Confirm the deactivation

Bridge Tip: Deactivated users no longer count toward your account's active user limit and cannot log in to Bridge Athletic. Their workout history and performance data remain accessible for reporting and historical reference.

Reactivate a User

To restore access for a previously deactivated user:

  1. Go to the Members module

  2. Click the Filter icon

  3. Select Deactivated from the status options

  4. Locate the user you want to reactivate

  5. Click the three-dot menu next to their name

  6. Select Reactivate

The user will regain immediate access to Bridge Athletic and count toward your active user limit.

Important note:
Deactivating a user will completely remove them from your organization. They’ll no longer be able to log in and view any programming, and they’ll no longer count toward your allotted athlete seats.

For security and compliance reasons, deactivated users are not automatically deleted. If an athlete wishes to have their data permanently removed from the system, they must contact BridgeAthletic support directly.
