Setting up connection with Teamworks AMS

How to set up your Teamworks AMS Integration to streamline athlete data management.

This is an enterprise-level feature and is not included in all packages. Enabling this capability will require coordination between representatives from Teamworks and BridgeAthletic.

We've partnered with Teamworks AMS to develop an API that seamlessly shares data between our platforms. If your organization uses Teamworks, you can sync it to automatically upload athlete data, allowing you to track reps, sets, tonnage, and results for individual athletes as a baseline evaluation. For deeper insights, you can integrate this data with additional health and wellness metrics to gain a more comprehensive understanding of performance.

What is needed before getting started


Before setting this up make sure you’ve connected with your BridgeAthletic Account Manager and Teamworks Product Success Manager.

What we will do

Your BridgeAthletic Account Manager will ensure that the appropriate organization settings are enabled for your account.

Your Teamworks Product Success Manager will initiate a request to whitelist and enable your site for the BridgeAthletic integration, which will be processed by the Teamworks integrations team.

Teamworks will add the following event and profile forms to your Teamworks site, enabling seamless data integration with BridgeAthletic. Your Product Success Manager can assist in configuring access permissions for the appropriate roles and setting up dashboards to visualize the data effectively.

  • BridgeAthletic Workout Session event form.

  • BridgeAthletic Questionnaire event form (this form can be customized and duplicated based on any questionnaires you’ve set up in your BridgeAthletic platform).

  • Bridge Athletic profile form.

Before adding any new fields to the BridgeAthletic Workout Session event form, please consult your Product Success Manager to avoid any unintended consequences.

To set up the sync

Your Teamworks Product Success Manager will provide the following credentials to enter into BridgeAthletic:

  • URL

  • Username

  • Userid

  • Password

Once connected, AMS will synchronize BridgeAthletic data every 20 minutes.

How it works

AMS will use account email addresses in BridgeAthletic to identify people across the platforms. Therefore it’s necessary that the email address recorded in BridgeAthletic is exactly the same as the associated AMS account email.
