When assigning a general form, you have the option to set a cadence. Cadence determines how frequently the form will be assigned to your selected members.
Available Cadence Options:
One-time: The form is assigned once and will not be reassigned after completion.
Daily: The form is assigned every day.
Weekly: The form is assigned once per week.
Monthly: The form is assigned once per month.
Weekdays: The form is assigned every Monday through Friday.
How Form Assignment Works:
Access Assignment Settings: When assigning a form, you will be directed to the assignment settings page.
Choose a Start Date: Select when the form should first be assigned.
Set an End Date (Optional): Select when the form assignment should expire. If no end date is set, the form will continue to be assigned indefinitely.
Apply a Cadence: If a cadence is selected, the form will be automatically reassigned based on the chosen frequency until the end date is reached or the assignment is manually removed.
Assignment: The form will be delivered to your members and appear on the app home screen.
By setting a cadence, you can ensure that members receive forms at the appropriate intervals without needing to reassign them manually.
Bridge Tip: For weekly and monthly cadences, assignments will be based on the selected start date.
Example: If you choose to assign the form on a Monday, the weekly option will schedule the form every Monday. This allows you to set the frequency on a specific day.
Adjusting Cadence:
After the form is assigned, the cadence is displayed in the assignment section of the form. The cadence can be adjusted for individual athletes fr
