Within an assigned form, you now have the ability to generate a report to review the results in a comprehensive manner. This feature allows for a streamlined analysis of submitted responses.
Prerequisites
To generate a report, the form must have at least one submission.
Steps to Access the Report
Open the Form Module from your home page.
Select the form you wish to review.
Navigate to the Report tab.
If the form has submissions, the report will generate automatically.
Understanding the Report
The presentation of data varies based on the question type.
For Example:
Text Questions: Responses are displayed in a scrollable format, allowing you to review written answers.
Range & Tooltip Questions: Our system calculates an average response. Hover over an answer to see the distribution of responses and the number of selections.
Customization Options
You can tailor the report view by:
Selecting a time range for analysis.
Applying filters such as team, role, and position to refine the data view.
