How to begin a workout on the fly directly from the BridgeAthletic Mobile App

The BridgeAthletic Coach App allows you to assign workouts to athletes quickly and efficiently. While full workout programs are best built on the web, you can start a workout on the fly directly from the mobile app using pre-built templates.

Login and Select an Athlete

  1. Once logged in, you will be taken to your Members Tab, which contains the full list of athletes in your organization.

  2. Select the athlete you want to train. If your organization has multiple teams, use the filtering option to find the correct athlete quickly.

Access the Athlete’s Homepage

After selecting an athlete, you will be directed to their homepage, where you will see the following action tiles:

  • A list of scheduled workouts

  • An assigned playlist program

  • Any assigned forms

  • Assign an existing program from the library

Start a Workout on the Fly

If you need to assign and begin a workout quickly, you can start a new workout using pre-built templates:

  1. Tap New Workout.

  2. Choose from the available template workouts that have been pre-built using the web Builder.

  3. Once selected, the workout will be assigned to the athlete immediately.

As the athlete completes their exercises, you can mark them off in real time to track their progress effectively.

Using workouts on the fly, you can efficiently provide athletes with structured training sessions on the go while maintaining seamless workout tracking. For more advanced program-building capabilities, use the web platform to design detailed training regimens.
