Skip manual assignment by using a QR code to quickly assign a General Form to your athletes. This method streamlines the distribution process and allows athletes to access forms instantly by scanning a code.

How to Create and Share a QR Code

Follow these steps to generate and distribute a form via QR code:

  1. Prepare your form – Ensure your General Form is complete and ready to assign

  2. Navigate to the Settings tab – Open the settings of the form you wish to share

  3. Click Share Invite Link – This generates a shareable link and QR code

  4. Set link expiry duration – Choose how long the link remains active, ranging from 7 days to 1 year

  5. Share the link or QR code – Distribute the generated link or QR code to your athletes

Bridge Tip: You can use the Extend Expiry option to extend the duration of existing links without generating a new QR code.

How Athletes Access the Form

When an athlete scans the QR code or clicks the link, they will be prompted to enter their email address. The email must match the one associated with their Bridge account. If the athlete is already registered, they can log in to the web or mobile app to access their form.

Important: Only General Forms can be assigned with QR codes. Daily Logs and Post Workout Forms are assigned in the Forms Module.
