Daily Logs
Daily Logs help collect important athlete data before each workout. These logs must be assigned to the entire team at once and will be accessible from the app’s home screen or at the start of any workout.
By default the Performance Log is assigned to all new teams. Follow the steps in this article to change your teams daily log.

This log focuses on performance and wellness, using a 1-10 scale to assess:
Sleep duration and quality
Soreness levels
Hydration levels
Overall readiness
Nutrition & Fitness Survey
This log focuses on nutrition and fitness, tracking key metrics such as:
Protein intake (grams)
Carbohydrate intake (grams)
Total calories consumed
