How Conditional Logic Works

  1. Build Your Form First
Before adding conditional logic, ensure all your questions are included in the form. This step is crucial as logic can only be applied once the form structure is complete.

  2. Add Conditional Logic
Once your form is set up, select the conditional logic icon to begin linking questions based on responses.

  3. Link Questions Together

    • Choose which questions should be displayed based on an answer to a previous question.

    • For example, if you're creating a form for your team and want to ask different questions based on their year in school, you can set up logic to show relevant questions only to those who meet the specified criteria.

Important Considerations

  • Logic can only be added to multiple choice questions

  • The question you want to show conditionally must be below the question that determines its visibility.

  • If a question is positioned above the triggering question, the logic will not function correctly.

Previewing Conditional Logic

To test your setup, use the eye icon next to an answer. Any linked questions that will be displayed based on that answer will highlight in blue, allowing you to verify the logic.
