Athlete status helps you track and communicate readiness levels across your coaching staff. You can quickly update an athlete's status to ensure everyone stays informed about participation capability.

Status Types

BridgeAthletic uses a traffic light color system to indicate an athlete's readiness:

  • Green – Ready to participate

  • Yellow – Monitor closely

  • Red – Unable to participate

How to Update Athlete Status from the Roster Page

  1. Navigate to your Roster page

  2. Locate the athlete whose status you want to update

  3. Click on the status indicator next to the athlete's name

  4. Select the appropriate status color (Green, Yellow, or Red)

  5. Save your changes

Bridge Tip: You can view all athlete status updates directly from the roster for a quick overview of your team's readiness.

Visibility & Notifications

Status updates are visible to all assigned coaches across teams. For example, if an S&C coach updates an athlete's status, sports medicine staff can view the change from their team's perspective.

Bridge Tip: Athlete status is only visible to coaches. Athletes cannot see their own status or the status of other athletes in the program.

Automated notifications are sent to coaching staff when a status update is made, ensuring everyone stays informed in real-time.
