This article explains how to update an athlete's status and how these updates improve communication among coaching staff across all teams.

Updating Athlete Status from the Roster Page

BridgeAthletic uses a traffic light color system to indicate an athlete’s readiness:

  • Green – Ready to participate

  • Yellow – Monitor closely

  • Red – Unable to participate

Coaches and staff can update an athlete’s status based on their needs.

View all athlete status updates from the roster

Visibility & Notifications

  • Status updates are visible to all assigned coaches across teams.

    • Example: An S&C coach updates an athlete's status, and sports medicine staff can view the change from their team’s perspective.

  • Automated notifications are sent to coaching staff and the athlete when a status update is made.
