Steps to Access the Reports
Navigate to the desired assessment within the Forms module. You will automatically be directed to the Assigned Members tab.
Once a user has submitted an assessment form, a document icon will appear under the Submission column. Click on the icon to open the results report in a new window.
You can also click on the submission date to view that user’s individual assessment responses. When you hover over the responses, you’ll see the same report icon appear. Click the icon to open the results report in a new window.
Pro Tip: To save a results report as a PDF, right-click on the report in the new window, select Print, then choose Save as PDF.
Important Considerations
Admin users can view results and assessment reports for any user.
Coach users can only view results and reports for users on their specified team(s).
Results cannot be edited or deleted at the individual user level.
If a user is deleted from a form assignment, their results will also be removed from the platform.
