The Learning Compliance Report allows you to easily track learner progress across multiple learning programs. It’s designed to help admins and coaches monitor compliance at a glance by grouping desired or related programs together and reviewing overall completion trends.
What Is the Learning Compliance Report?
This report provides a high-level overview of how members are progressing through selected learning programs. A key benefit of this tool is the ability to group programs into categories for easier tracking.
Bridge Tip: This report is also a great way to track completions in programs where not all courses are required, i.e. users are asked to pick and complete 2 of 3 courses, etc. It is also an efficient way to track completions for an entire team across all programs in which they are involved.
How It Works
1. Building the Report
To begin, head to the analytics module and click “New report”. Select Learning Compliance Report.
2. Group Programs into Categories
Select multiple learning programs and group them under a single category.
Example: If you have 2 programs related to summer learning requirements, you can group them under a “Summer Learning” category.
Programs can be listed as scheduled, assigned, or completed—allowing you to track both current and upcoming learning activity.
3. Select Multiple Categories
You can include more than one category in your report to view a broader scope of learning.
4. Add Members to the Report
Choose any members from your organization to appear in the report. This includes athletes, admins, and coaches.
5. Set a Date Range
Customize the report to show progress within a specific timeframe.
What the Report Shows
Once set up, the report will display:
Total courses completed within each category per member.
Total courses completed overall by each member.
This makes it easy to identify learning progress and gaps across your team.
Exporting the Data
You can choose to export a CSV of the data as displayed in the table or course-by-course completions. This file will be emailed to you directly and can then be downloaded.
