Completing a Learning Program via QR Code or Link

You may receive a learning program from your coach or organization via a QR code or a direct web link. This allows you to easily access and complete your learning programs right at your fingertips!

Follow the steps below to access and begin the program smoothly using your mobile device.


1. Scan the QR Code or Use the Link

Option A: Scan the QR Code

  • Open the camera app on your smartphone.

  • Point it steadily at the QR code.

  • Tap the link that appears at the top of your screen.

Option B: Open the Link Directly

  • Tap the shared link or copy and paste it into your preferred mobile web browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.).


2. Enter Your Email Address

Once the page loads, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address.

  • Use the same email address that’s associated with your BridgeAthletic account (if you already have one). This ensures the program is assigned to your profile.

  • If you don’t have an account yet, you can still input your email to create one automatically during this process.


3. Check for Your Program Invitation

After entering your email:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation that you've been added to the program or a registration email to accept the BridgeAthletic terms and conditions. Important: If you are not registered, you will have to complete this process first.

  • If you already have the BridgeAthletic app installed and notifications enabled, a push notification will appear on your device.


4. Open BridgeAthletic and Locate Your Program

  • Open the BridgeAthletic app.

  • From your home screen, look for a new program tile.

  • Tap the tile to begin your assigned learning program or form.


Additional Notes

  • If you’re completing the program as part of onboarding or a team requirement, completing this step ensures your coach can track your progress.

  • You can always revisit the program via the same QR code or link if you need to finish it later.


Troubleshooting Tips

  • Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you entered the correct email address.

  • Program not showing up? Try pulling down on the app home screen to refresh, or close and reopen the app.
